Grew up in Santa Barbara, CA and graduated from Santa Barbara High School in 1978.

Attended the University of California at San Diego.

Attended the University of California at Santa Barbara.  B.A. in Liberal Studies (Religious Studies, English Literature, Environmental Studies).  Graduated with Honors.

Attended the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.  M.A. in Social and Cultural Anthropology, with a specialty in the anthropology of religion and spiritual communities.

Attended New York University in Manhattan.  M.A. in Religious Studies, with a specialty in feminist and postmodern philosophy of religion.

Introduced to the Enneagram in San Francisco, CA.

Typed self.  Read numerous Enneagram books and articles.

Attended several Enneagram workshops.

Taught first Enneagram workshop in Dharamsala, India, to over forty people from over twelve different countries.

Taught two Enneagram workshops in Reykjavik, Iceland for staff and faculty members of Namsflokkar Reykjavikur, an adult education college.

Graduate Teaching Assistant at NYU, in the Dept. of Religious Studies.  Continued Enneagram studies and practices.  Began attending International Enneagram Association Conferences.

Participated in and graduated from the Enneagram Professional Training Program (EPTP) of Helen Palmer and David Daniels, M.D.  Became a certified Enneagram teacher in the Narrative Tradition.

Taught numerous Enneagram workshops and presentations in the Narrative Tradition in Ashland, Mt. Shasta, Redding, Santa Barbara, Nevada City, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, England and Scotland.

Presenting at the 2006 Wesak Festival in Mt. Shasta, CA.

Leading a weekend workshop at the Spiritual Enrichment Center (Church of Religious Science) in Redding, CA in February 2008.
